In my view, cleaning is not about technique—such as using the right chemicals or having special skills. I believe it is entirely about the attitude of the person doing the cleaning.
Even in bond cleaning, which is considered the deepest type of cleaning, only about three kinds of chemicals are truly necessary. And when it comes to skills, if I were to train someone, I could help them become proficient within a week.
But even if someone knows all the techniques perfectly, they become powerless in front of the mindset of “the customer won’t notice, so I’ll just leave this stain as it is.”
That is why I believe the cleaner’s mindset is the most important element of all.When I clean, I experience a strong sensory pleasure. I enjoy the deep sense of immersion and the meditative effect that comes with the work. Because I find so much enjoyment in cleaning, I can work alone for three hours straight and stay fully focused the entire time.
When I finish cleaning a house and step outside, I feel as if I’ve completed a small piece of art—even if no one notices. Of course, every customer has different tastes, and everyone evaluates my work differently. But it is difficult for me to leave a home if, by my standards, the job feels unfinished or lacking in quality.So for me, before the customer’s satisfaction comes my own satisfaction with the work. And as a result, the customer’s satisfaction naturally follows.
This is the basic flow and philosophy behind the way I approach every cleaning job.I plan to keep doing this work until the day a human-like cleaning robot can replace me.

How I Work

My Routine and Standards

Initial Deep Clean & Fortnightly Maintenance Cleaning

1. Pricing- Fixed fee (not hourly)
- Level 1 Zone:
- Level 2 Zone:
- I clean only two houses per day, so I cannot work below these rates.
- + Travel fee may apply depending on distance.
- I stay until the job is fully completed, never by time.
- For tasks taking over 3.5 hours, I recommend a two-person team [Local cleaning franchise branch]2. Cleaning Cloth Policy- 1 cloth per toilet — never reused elsewhere.
- 7–10 cloths used per house.
- Quiet by nature, but thorough and reliable in every job.3. Quote & Pricing Policy- A regular cleaning quote will be provided after the initial deep clean.
- The initial cleaning usually takes long hours (sometimes over 4 hours).
- The cost of the initial clean is about 1.7–2× the price of regular cleaning.
- After returning home on the same day, I will text you the confirmed price for the initial cleaning, along with the quote for regular cleaning and bank details.
- If you wish to continue with regular cleaning:→ Please send a confirmation reply (with any additional requests) + payment for the initial cleaning.- If you do not wish to continue:→ Simply pay for the initial cleaning.4. About Me- Long experience in bond cleaning
