Initial Deep Clean & Fortnightly Maintenance Cleaning

01. Fixed-Fee Pricing:
We charge a fixed flat rate ($140–$200), not by the hour. I never rush; I stay until the job is fully completed.02. Quality Over Quantity:
I focus deeply on quality by cleaning only two houses per day.03. The First Clean (Initial Deep Clean):
The first visit requires a thorough deep clean, taking 3.5+ hours. The initial cost is 1.7 to 2 times the regular cleaning rate.

2. Easy 2-Step Quote

Easy 2-Step Quote:After the initial clean, I will text you the final amount alongside a fixed quote for ongoing regular cleaning.If you wish to continue regular service: Simply reply with your confirmation and send the payment. If not: You only pay for the initial clean. No pressure.Note: For heavy-duty jobs expected to take over 3.5 hours on a regular basis, I highly recommend a two-person team from a local cleaning franchise instead.

3. Hygiene & Trust

01. Cross-Contamination Prevention:
I use 7–10 microfiber cloths per house. A cloth used in the toilet is never reused in other areas.02. Proven Reliability:
